- Min 5+ years producing content for technology products
- Experience in Software/Technical writing and documentation
- Content management experience – experience of planning, shaping, developing and publishing content for multi-disciplinary teams
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision. Able to work independently, researching products and determining clearest and most logical way to present information for different audiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts/technical developers
- Experience of UX writing/feeding UX improvements into teams
- API documentation experience/some experience of Swagger/Open API spec would be good
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, user stories, API Documentation
- Ability to estimate and plan the documentation deliverables without any supervision
- Thorough understanding of SDLC & Agile Practices
- Experience working with automation testers to document procedures and test cases
- Background in DITA/structured authoring desirable
- A high level of initiative
