Duties and responsibilities
- Must have Hands on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies in US Recruitment.
- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders on W2 only, Corp – Corp roles.
- Experience working with Applicant tracking tools (ATS), Ceipal highly desired.
- Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn.
- Experience working with Product development companies hiring for own company., we don’t work in layers.
- Experience on hiring hourly, salaried, and subcontracting candidates.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Qualifications for Recruiter
- Any graduation or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related field.
- Minimum 3+ Years of recruiting experience, Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Contract to hire
- Shift: PST Shift Timings (Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM or 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (** 9 Hours shift** 5 Days working and Week offs – ** SAT & SUN** Fixed Off**)
